He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Rieken and Laura Rieken (Schmidt); and his brothers, Claire Harvey, Kevin Rieken and Allen Rieken.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Mentlick (Cory) of Dover, MN and Tamara Zimmerman (Dan) of Wabasha, MN; his grandchildren, MaKenzie Mentlick, Kendall Zimmerman and Braydan Zimmerman; and his siblings, Betty Harvey of Ft. Wayne, IN, Marilyn Radloff of Grand Meadow, MN and Larry Harvey (Linda) of Lake City, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
