She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Settevig and Margaret Settevig; and her sister Barbara Boddy. She is survived by: her daughter Clara; her husband Khaled M. Slayhi; her daughters, Mariam Slayhi (Rich Fenton) and Ida Tessmer (Eric); and her granddaughters, Juna Slayhi Fenton and Emma Tessmer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and siblings.
