He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Smith and Dorothy Smith. He is survived by: his children, Betsy Stark (Bryan) and Andy Smith; his sister Patricia Waterman (Roger); his grandchildren, Olive and Jack Smith; his niece Lauren Chase (Nick); and his nephew Tim Waterman (Holly).
