She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Berg and Muriel Berg; and her brothers, William Berg and Donald Berg. She is survived by: her husband Donald Empson; and her children, Stephen Vadnais (Kathryn), Erik Vadnais (Brigid), Joel Vadnais (Irina) and Emmy Vadnais (Alexander). She is also survived by six grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
