He was predeceased by: his father William L. O'Brien. He is survived by: his mother Vivian; his sisters, Sue Moore (Tim), Cathleen Prinsen (Kevin) and Maureen Junker (Jaime); and his siblings' children, Nathan, Nikki Thorn, Jordan Hughes (Jacob), Mitchell Junker and Nicholas Prinsen.
