With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances G. Koetter (Swanville, Minnesota), born in Pierz, Minnesota, who passed away on May 3, 2020 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances G. Koetter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Kimman and Edith Kimman; her sister-in-law Sharon Kimman; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Koetter. She is survived by : her husband Robert Koetter (Bob); her children, William Koetter (Julie), Jerome Koetter (Mary), David Koetter (Ann), Sandra Primus (Brian), Paul Koetter (Kathy) and Amanda Notsch (Adam); and her siblings, Margaret Manchester, Reinhart Kimman (Annette), Jeannette Altenhofen (Art), John Kimman (Karen), JoAnn Belinski, Betty Johnson (Craig) and Geraldine Kimman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.

In 2002, she was diagnosed with Parkinson's and she was forced to slow down.
