He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Yanta and Mary Yanta (Skochenski); his daughter Lisa; and his son-in-law Dwayne Lulich. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mary Mrozek; his daughters, Liane Yanta of Ramsey, MN and Lori Dinville (Greg) of Zimmerman, MN; and his grandsons, Bradley and Tony Dinville.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church (21 1st St, Swanville, MN 56382). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (21 1st St, Swanville, MN 56382).
