He is survived by : his wife Sally Trenti; his children, Jena Jamison, Stefanie O'Neil, Dustin Turk (Sarah), Jameson Turk, Brandon Turk (Stacy), Rebecca Kimbell (Michael) and Dan Frosaker (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Dylan Jamison, Sydney Jamison, Jackson Turk, Alayna Turk, Henry Turk, Henley O'Neil, Mason Kimbell, Owen and Noah Frosaker; his great grandchild Delilah; his sister Jean Johnson (Ron); his niece Terra Boldt; and his nephew Jason Boldt.
