Jack Jacobsen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2018, at the age of 83, Jack Jacobsen (Truman, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Jeremy Jacobsen; his brother Don Jacobsen; his parent-in-law Ray Truhe; and also Naomi Truhe. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Jacobsen of Truman, MN; his daughters, Denise Janssen (Dan) of Truman, MN, Lisa Izen (Tom) of Fairmont, MN, Amy Werner (Brad) of Truman, MN, Jenny Andrews (Scott) of Truman, MN and Pia Muhlig; his grandchildren, Evan Lang, Mackenzie Schneider (John), Emily Labes (Calvin), Nikki Johnson (Luke), Josh Werner (Emily), Matthew Izen (Tiphanie), Bryce Andrews, Logan Werner (Melissa), Bryan Andrews (Danielle) and Michael Andrews (Sydney); his brother Tom Jacobsen (JoAnn); his sisters-in-law, Rayoma Rotert and Linda Doran (Joe); and also Torben. He is also survived by father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to the Truman Fire and EMS Department.
