It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice H. Girgen (Vermillion, Minnesota), who passed away on February 27, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Girgen; her former husband John Young; her son Arthur "Butch" Young; her sister Betty Walker; and her great grandchild Maci Townsend.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Joyce Young; and her stepchildren, Joe Girgen (Sue), Jeffrey Girgen (Linda), John Girgen (Jean), Janet Hince (Doug), James Girgen, Joyce Townsend (Russell), Jerald Girgen (Kelly Loesch) and Julie Girgen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
