He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Fulmer and Blanche Fulmer (Peterson); and his brother James Fulmer. He is survived by: his wife Janice Fulmer (Riebhoff); and his brother Dennis Fulmer (Eileen). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
