He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Mike" Mickelson Sr. and Glorene Lawanda Mickelson (Jacobson); his wife Shirley; and also, Joely Swenson, Johnny Swenson, Harriet, Warner Knapp, Marilyn, Orris Sandahl, Lorella and George Hartman.
He is survived by: his sons, Micheal and Jasson; his siblings, Pam Mickelson of Brandon, MN, Greg Mickelson (Sandy) of Washington and Brian Mickelson (JoAnn Nelson) of Brandon, MN; and also, Micheal, Jasson and Vining.
