She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Hesse and Louisa Hesse (Siegel); her husband George Vanderlinde; her children-in-law, Debra Vanderlinde and Neil Dufoe; her grandson Aaron Vanderlinde; her siblings, Francis Hesse (Eunice), Simon Hesse (Angeline), Roman Hesse and Irene Stocker (Oliver); and her brother-in-law Donald Happ.

She is survived by: her children, John "Huns" Vanderlinde (Judy) of Watertown, Peggy Dufoe of Waconia, Donna Hoese (Dave) of Mayer, George Jr. Vanderlinde (Jane) of Watertown, Allen Vanderlinde (Mary) of Excelsior, Kay Farniok (Mark) of Delano, Henry Vanderlinde (Diane) of Watertown, Lori Bauer (Mike) of Maple Plain and Scott Vanderlinde (Jennifer) of Plymouth; her sister LaVerne Happ of Waconia; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hesse of Cologne and Bernadine Vanderlinde of Waconia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
