He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Provence and Jewel Provence (Ferguson); and his siblings, Jimmie Lou Snyder and Elmer Leroy Provence. He is survived by: his wife Mary Josephine Grace; his children, David Provence (Debra) of Nowthen, Michael Provence (Laura Preus) of Minneapolis, Rachel Provence of Minneapolis, Steven Provence (Laura Mitchell) of Bend, OR and Gregory Provence of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Ian Provence, Kathryn Provence, Mason Provence, Nathan Preus Provence, Annabel Preus Provence and Jasper Provence; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Snyder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
