He is survived by: his wife Anne Lambrecht (Salonek); his sons, Joseph (Christa), Paul (Tracey), Michael (Maile) and Nicholas (Jessica); his daughter-in-law Sandra; his grandchildren, Claire, Ava (Yoshi), Mya, Andrew, Collin (Kelsey), Brooke, Chelsie (Matthew), Jacob (Taran), Mia, Jade, Nathan and Benjamin; and his great grandchildren, William, Oliver and Henry. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
