She is survived by: her children, Patty and Jay; her husband Allen Wagener of Cologne; her children-in-law, Alan Starmer of Big Lake and Jennifer Wagener of Cologne; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tirzah, Sam Starmer, Victoria and Brayden Wagener. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
