He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Toft and Laura Toft (Klumb); his stepdaughter-in-law Kristene Heyer; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Lundskow and Ken Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Newman (Greg) of Gulf Port, FL, Erik Toft (Vicki) of St. Francis and Sarah Baird of Otsego; his stepchildren, Brad Heyer of Waconia and Jeannine Schutte (Kurt) of Waconia; his grandchildren, Sam Newman, Max Newman, Alec Toft (Blair), Taylor Toft, Layla Baird, Ella Baird, Olivia Heyer, Avery Heyer, Kate Schutte and Emerson Schutte; and his sisters, Marge Lundskow and Barb Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
