He is survived by : his children, Rita of Eden Prairie and Brad Scharpen of Cannon Falls; his grandchildren, Liza Griggs (Chad), Jordan Radke, Candi Stern (Derek) and Jake Scharpen; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Paisley, Levi, Trey, Charlie and Dolly.
