He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kuklok and Martha Kuklok (Fiebiger); and his brother-in-law Mike Howes. He is survived by: his wife Mavis; his children, Brenda Jensen (Kirk) of Badger, MN and Brian Kuklok of Salol, MN; his grandchildren, Andrew and Devin Jensen; and his siblings, Margaret Anderson (Lyndon), Mary Howes, Marvin Kuklok (Debbie), Kathy Ballou, Mike Kuklok and Becky Grandalen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
