He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harter and Viola Harter (Fogarty); his brother Jim; and his son-in-law Terry Hinze. He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Jellum; his children, Jeffrey Harter (Julie) of Waseca and Pamela Hinze (Jim Priebe) of Montgomery; his grandchildren, Hunter Hinze of Montgomery and Ryan Hinze of Omaha, NE; and his sister-in-law Mary Harter of Waseca. He is also survived by niece, nephew, other relatives, and friends.
