He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Langer and Francis Langer (Fassbender); his siblings, Arthur Langer, Grace Dusek, Victor Langer, Wilfred Langer, Bernice Curtis and Kathleen Zugschwert; and his parents-in-law, Edward, Myrtle LeQuire, Lloyd LeQuire, Louie LeQuire, Gene LeQuire, John LeQuire, Tom LeQuire, Jimmy LeQuire and Helen Kivi.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Langer of Waseca; his children, Gina Groth of Waseca, Michele Langer of Mankato, Jessie Kath (Andy) of Waseca, Jeremy Langer (Samantha) of Waseca, Roger Curtis (Sandra) of Akeley, Barb Curtis (Jennifer Muse) and Tom Curtis (Julie) of St. Paul; his brother Kenneth Langer of Prescott, WI.; and his grandchildren, Peyton James, Derek Paul, Emilee Ann, Alexis Michele, Madalynne May, Aydan Marvin, Mya Jessica, Joseph Edward, Bethany Hope, Samantha Faith, Angie, Andrea, Andrew, Trever, Shawn, Ashley and Daniel.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, a private family service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Waseca on Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Services are being provided by Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca where memorials may be sent for donation to a local organization of Marvin's choosing.
