She is survived by: her sister-in-law Maureen Collins; and her nieces and nephews, Jan, Cecil Vaughn, Gary, Reva Bethke, Joe, Laura Bethke, Dennis Bethke, Darcy, Keith Barnes, Jody, Tim O'Connell, Michael Collins, Ruth Collins, Tom, Dina Collins, Christopher Collins, Leo Spies, Carol Sell, Mark, Kathy Collins, Barbara, Dan West, Anne Collins and Richard Collins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hospice or Sacred Heart Endowment Fund.
