He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sister Irene McConville (Charles); his children, Terrie Ellsworth (Robert), Leslie Stuart (Jeffrey), Barbara Schumacher, Duane Douglas, Susan Rands (Michael), James Schumacher Jr (Sarah Nordby) and Nikolaus Schumacher (Leah); his grandchildren, Frances Howe (Todd), Robert Ellsworth (Margaret), Molly Armstrong, Kenneth Stuart (Tina), Rebekah Schumacher, Timothy Stuart, Emelia Stuart, Alora Rands, Joshua Rands, Andrew Stuart, Anne Stuart, Thomas Stuart, Matthew Rands, Samantha Rands and Roman John Schumacher; and his great grandchildren, Miles, Matthew, Michael Armstrong, Isabella Ellsworth, Robert Ellsworth, Jackson Howe and Elizabeth Anne Stuart.
