He is survived by: his wife Jenn; his children, Katie Dougherty (Mike), Alex Yonga (Joe), Emerson, Easton and Avery; his grandsons, Alex and Kaiden; his sisters, Cheryl Hook (Jan) and Kim Nash (Greg); and his siblings' children, Joshua Hook (Jenn), Lauren Nash and Gretchen Nash.
