He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fleischhacker and Victoria Fleischhacker; his sister-in-law Mary Fleischhacker; his parent-in-law David Dvorak; and also Betty Dvorak.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fleisch; his children, Katherine Herzig (Ari), John Fleischhacker and Maria Fleischhacker; and his siblings, John Fleischhacker (Dondi), Kate Roehl (Gerald) and Joseph Fleischhacker. He is also survived by husband, father, uncle and friend.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made in Mark's name to St. Therese Catholic Church.
