With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Lucille Fagen (West Saint Paul, Minnesota), who passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Quinn and Zona Quinn (Heller); her former husband Dean Fagen; her sister Kathleen; and her grandson Thomas May.

She is survived by: her husband Jay Tonsfeldt; and her siblings, Diane Carlson (Curt), Barbara Eschle, Tom Quinn (Shirley), Gene Quinn (Amy) and Dale Quinn.
