He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Peterson and Frances Peterson; his brother Gary Peterson; and his brother-in-law Richard Muller. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his daughter Linda Schenk (Anthony); his grandchildren, Emma DeRoode-George (Brytton) and Theodore Jerome DeRoode; his siblings, James Peterson and Deborah Muller; and his siblings' children, Erika Muller and Gregory Muller.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:45 AM at the Saint James Evangelical Lutheran Church (460 Annapolis St W, West St Paul, MN 55118). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Elmhurst Cemetery (1510 Dale St N, St Paul, MN 55117).
He was also involved in the Builder's Association of the Twin Cities and the Builder's Outreach Foundation.
