She was predeceased by : her parents, Harvey Wahl and Ruth Wahl (Metzger); her sister Joyce; her brother-in-law Kenneth Bock; her father-in-law Milton Schmidt; her siblings-in-law, Sherilyn Martinek and Lonnie Schmidt; and her close friend Jonelle Fell.

She is survived by : her husband Lee Schmidt; her children, Robbie Schmidt (Jaylene) and Tara Stotesbery (James); her grandchildren, Taylin, Carver Schmidt, Parker, Dru, Carsyn and Gibson Stotesbery; her mother-in-law Ione Schmidt; and her sister-in-law Lynae Berger (Gene). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
