He was predeceased by : his parents, Marley Parden and Rosalie Parden; and his brother Lonnie Parden. He is survived by : his wife Mary Parden (Shows); his children, Greg Parden (Zelmira), Melissa Barre (Randy), Joel Parden (Becky) and Terry Graham; his grandchildren, Megan Ross (Gordon), Cody McLain, Casey McLain, Amy Connely, Rachel Parden, Kevin Parden, Brad Graham (Laura) and Brandy Hogatt (Matt); his sister Lois King (Benny); and his sister-in-law Marie Parden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked to instead make donations to Tanner Williams United Methodist Church MIssions Fund.
