It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Knutson of Willmar, Minnesota, born in Brooten, Minnesota, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Knutson and Miranda Knutson (Ruud); his wife Patricia Johnson; and his siblings, Elmo, Kenny and Ardis.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron Knutson (Becky Le Bon) of Willmar and Serena McCartney (Jeff) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Savana, Kalee, Evan, Brooklyn and Jada; his stepsons, Mitch Gort of Willmar and Josh Gort (Sara Ritterspach) of Minneapolis; his sisters, Shirley Hoff of Minneapolis and Darlene Knutson of Minneapolis; his sister-in-law Verna Knutson of Minneapolis; and his pets, Kita and Riddick. He is also survived by ses other relatives and friends.
