She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bentley and Zella Bentley (Hicklin); her husband Roy Edwin Caskey; her grandson Bradley Johns; her daughters-in-law, Karen and Connie; and her sisters, Marjorie, Ruth and Madge.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Johns (Kenneth) of Belview, NE., David Caskey (Linda) of Buffalo, Darwin Caskey of Appleton, Michael Caskey (Judy) of Pennock and LeAnn Navratil (Kevin) of Mission, TX.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren, besides many other relatives.
