He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Christianson and Margaret Christianson (Aldahl); his parents-in-law, Les and Grace Hewitt; his brother Merlin; and his sister-in-law Bertha Christianson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hewitt; his children, Mark (David Pieczkiewicz) of Minneapolis, MN and Cathy Christianson of Redwood Falls; his brother David Christianson (Donna) of Albert Lea, MN; his grandchildren, Sophia and Charlie Wrenn of Dublin, OH; and his brother-in-law Lowell Hewitt (Meg). He is also survived by four nieces and five nephews.
