He is survived by : his wife Shari Nichols; his daughter Cassandra; his stepchildren, Candace Nichols and Brent Shaikoski; his grandson Tanner; his children, Cassie and Candy; his grandchildren, Kyle, Akia, Skye and Shae; and his siblings, Kevin, Tim and Sharol.
