She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Ella (Thompson) and Maxwell Dorance Palmer; her brother Michael Palmer; and her husband Donald Ray Weltikol. She is survived by: her sister Anita Jones (Palmer). She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Owen Funeral Home (345 6th Ave SE, Winnebago, MN 56098). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spencer-Owen Funeral Home (345 6th Ave SE, Winnebago, MN 56098).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hospice Services of United Health District (UHD) in Blue Earth, MN.
