He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stewart and Marie Stewart; and his brother Hank Stewart (Elizabeth). He is survived by: his children, John Stewart (Kris) of Worthington, Jean Woodberry (Geof), Ann Gillian Wells (John) of South Barrington, IL and Beth Scotkovsky (Mike) of Arlington Heights, IL.; his grandchildren, Ian, Tad Stewart, Paige Klok (Brandon), Natalie Woodberry, Andrea Justus (Jairus), Layne, Morgan, Katherine Wells, Matthew, Timothy Scotkovsky and Alex McConaghy (Maggie); his great grandchild Liam; and his brother Neil Stewart (Jody).
He will also be remembered for his enduring love for his "angel" Elizabeth whom he lost last year just prior to the pandemic.
