It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Dorothy Ahrens (Worthington, Minnesota), who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ables and Bertha Ables (Bjerke); her husband Francis "Bud" Ahrens; her parents-in-law, Emil and Alma; and her son Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Ahrens of Sheldon, IA and Julie Meier (Jeff); her daughter-in-law Paula Ahrens; her grandchildren, Nicholas Ahrens (Erin), Joseph Ahrens (Jordan) of Richfield, MN, April Weber (John) of Ocheyedan, IA, Lindsay Fricke (Shane) of Brandon, SD, Alyssa Climer (Ryan) of Spencer, IA and Courtney Kremer (Steven) of Brandon, SD; her great grandchildren, Sofia, Natalie, Paige, Jackson Weber, Kate, Wyatt Fricke, Jagr Climer, Michael Ahrens and Grady Kremer; and her sister-in-law Shirley Jensen.
