He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Smith and Katherine Smith; his children, Mark Smith (Joan), Christine Miller (Dennis), Ruth Smith, Julie Smith (Mickey Heston) and Joseph Smith (Jean); and his grandchildren, Amy, Jennifer, Jeremy, Lara, Jana, Caleb, Anna, Dillon, Dustin and Tanner. He was also cherished by ten great grandchildren.
