He is survived by: his parents, Virgil Wiertzema and Anita Wiertzema (Huisman); his wife Cory Wiertzema; his daughters, Sara Wiertzema and Jordan Ahrens (Joe); his brother Steve Wiertzema (Connie); and his nephews, Kale Wiertzema, Karic Wiertzema, Steve Kruger, Justin Kruger and Jesse Kruger.
