He is survived by: his children, Ann (Byron) of Rushmore, MN, David (Teresa) of Charleston, SC, Daryl (Danna) of Brookings, SD and Tim (Sheila) of Hartford, SD; and his siblings, Harlan Groenewold (Vikki), Claribel Grussing (Myron) and Wayne Groenewold (Neva). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren.
