She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Apel and Bessie Apel; and her brother Kenneth Apel. She is survived by: her husband Jim Slater; her daughters, Barbara Rokahr (Rich Froiland) of Ralston, NE and Vickie Menke (Steve) of North Mankato, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Skalsky (Nate), Laura (Ian Heritage), Kori Rokahr and Shane Rokahr (Makayla); and her sisters-in-law, Arlene Schlichte, Esther Becker and Minnie Apel. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Because of Covid-19, there will not be a lunch served.
