She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Elsa Smith (Tveitnes); and her siblings, Geraldine Smith and Russell James Sorenson. She is survived by: her significant other Orville Hokeness; her children, William Michael (Mike), Pamala Kay, Mike Hokeness (Sheryl) and Pam Rickers (Marty); her grandchildren, Jesse (D. C.), Nate Hokeness, Gretchen Scheidt (Chris) of Sioux Falls, SD and Ingrid Rickers (Melissa) of Calabasas, CA; her great grandchildren, Millie and Mason Ennis of Sioux Falls, SD; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kody and Tyler Scheidt of Burnsville, MN; her sister Penelope Smith (Gary); and also Orville.
