He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fields and Elizabeth Fields (Brown); and his siblings, Myron Fields (Mary) and Gladys Zishka (Carl). He is survived by: his wife Katherine Elizabeth Sanger (Kathy) of Worthington; his children, Linda Johnson (Kurt) of Worthington, Alan Fields (Nancy) of Round Lake, MN and Michelle Anderson (Charles) of Worthington; and his sister Karen Coddington (LeRoy) of Worthington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
