She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Havel and Marcella Havel (Kubesh); and her daughter-in-law Joni Lamb. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Mylissa Goralski (Chris) and Douglas Lamb; her granddaughter Amber; and her brothers, John Havel (Joan) and Joel Havel. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and friends.
