He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Flannigan and Lillian Flannigan (Tinnel); and his son Danny. He is survived by: his wife Rita Starkey; his children, Marlissa Kanyo (Roy), Bill Flannigan (Roberta) of Minot, ND and David Flannigan (Susan) of Zim; and his grandchildren, Jeff, Larissa, Heather, Jenny, Tracy, Angela, Michelle, Sarah, Colleen, Katie, Robert, David, Quentin, Clinton and Donovan. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
