It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Conway Martin Jacobson (Zumbrota, Minnesota), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on June 30, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Walker; his father-in-law John J. Solem; his nephew Cole Butler; and his son-in-law Terry Howard. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Shannon Howard and Kelsey Morken; his husband Jon; his sister Gail Butler; his mother-in-law Virginia Solem; his brothers-in-law, Pat Thiel, Jim Thiel, Avis Erickson and Tony Erickson; and also, Angela Morken, Mikayla, Jacob, Carson and CharLee.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be made to United Redeemer Lutheran Church or Mayo Clinic Hospice.
