The memory of Garry Dean Hoyme of Zumbrota, Minnesota, who passed away on May 17, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabell Hoyme and Clarence Hoyme; his daughter Beth Ann Hoyme; his siblings-in-law, Carol Ann Laackmann, Marvin Laackmann and Lois Ulrickson; his great-nephew Casey Bonhorst; and his great-niece Serena Franken.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Laackmann of Jasper, MN; his children, Ryan (Yvette) of Rochester and Josh of Zumbrota; his sister-in-law Erna Christensen of Viborg, SD; his granddaughter Alexa Hoyme; and his caregiver Bea Hoyme.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Larson Chapel (1475 Jefferson Dr, Zumbrota, MN 55992).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Seasons Hospice in Rochester, MN, or thank a veteran in Garry's honor.
