He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Vines and Ethyl Vines (Hedrick); his son Robert James Vines; his grandson Brian Vines; his siblings, Fred, Junior, Colburn Vines and Faye Sharp; his niece Susan Sharp; and his nephew Jeffery Bailey.
He is survived by : his wife MaryJo Huffman; his sons, Roger, Richard, Gary and Terry Vines; his grandchildren, Jason, Patricia, Kimberly, Matthew, Aaron and Katie; and his siblings, James, Bud, Ray Vines, Joan Bailey and Judy Profitt. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
