She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Robbie Low; her grandson Brent Evans (Rachel); her son Steve Evans; the father of her child Bill; her parents, Velma Huggins and Finley Huggins; her siblings, Beverly Burton, Barbara Gingles, Earnie Huggins, Gordon Huggins and Kenny Huggins; and her great grandchildren, Macy, Casady and Logan. She was also cherished by three children.
