He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Vines; his daughter Katie; his grandsons, Kolten and Kamden; his stepdaughter Kelly Pearman; his brothers, Roger (Gladys), Richard (Rosemary) and Gary (Patricia); and his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Kimberly, Jason, Matthew and Aaron. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
