She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Carter and Imogene Kruger Carter; and her siblings, Shirley George, William Carter (Bill), John Mark Carter and Mary Means.
She is survived by: her son Jason Alan Hester; her daughter-in-law Grace; her child Harley Motsenbocker (Kayla Ipock); her husband William Joseph Ipock Sr. (Bill); her stepchildren, William Ipock Jr. (Kayla), Jada Motsenbocker (Harley) and Jesse Ipock; her grandchildren, Blake Hester (Ksenya), Jacob Hester (Hope), Kaylie Cameron (Kevin), McKenna Hester, Chase Hester, Steele Ipock (Faith), Dilan Motsenbocker (Celena), Mikayla Gardner (Zachary), Destin Ipock, Jenna Motsenbocker and Morgan Ipock; and her siblings, Nancy Tobey (Wendell), Trudy Carter, Carolyn Duncan (Billy), Bonnie Bishop and Craig Carter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
